這首歌寫於我人生感到迷惘的時期。它描寫了一種逐漸脫離現實的感覺，以及想與過去的自己告別的念頭；也呈現了困在自己腦海裡、感到麻木與無法動彈的狀態。 我想透過這首歌，去探索那些每個人都曾經歷過、卻未必能清楚說出口的深層情緒。

This song was written during a period of my life when I felt quite lost. It dives into the sensation of drifting away from reality, the desire to say goodbye to a former version of myself, and the sensation of feeling trapped inside my own mind. I hope it speaks to each of you in the same way it helped me express what I struggled to put into words for many years.
