Following the murder of a young man from the neighborhood, police officer Parker, who came to investigate the scene, mysteriously disappeared. The investigation will lead us into the depths of the South Bronx in the 1990s, where the agent’s search will become intertwined with the maneuvers of a father driven by vengeance.
